“AJ” has lived in the Naples area since 1974 coming from Miami Florida. Her partner in life and business, Kevin Fischer, was born in CT and moved to Naples in the late 70's. ”AJ” began her real estate career in 1984 and Kevin in 1989. They have owned their own real estate company for the past 14 years. Together, they have built the "AJ" Fischer Team to be one of the top teams in the country.Her team is rated in the top 1% in the nation and has been awarded by WCR the number one team in Naples for the past 7 years for her sales achievements. "AJ" received the prestiges "Florida Realtor Associate of the Year" in 1996 by the Florida Associaton of Realtors and by the Naples Area Board of Realtors. AJ was the 2003 Florida State Women's Council of Realtors President and is currently serving as the 2004 National Governor for Florida. AJ is an instructor and teaches "team building" to real estate agents around the country.  

Kevin Fischer - Broker, Owner 

Kevin is the Broker for Aadvisor Realty, Inc. and manages the Team's large seasonal-vacational rental property division. Kevin is a long time member of the local boards; Naples Area Board of Realtors,Bonita Springs-Estero Board of Realtors, and also an active member in the Women's Council of Realtors. As "AJ's" partner and spouse, Kevin has the overwhelming task of the day-to-day running of the team. Kevin and AJ have been married for 16 years, have 3 grown children, 3 grandchildren, with the youngest born on Grandpas birthday last year. Kevin loves to play basketball, ride his motorcylcle, travel and keep up with AJ's shopping. 

Dana Brawner - Listing Manager, Marketing Director 

Dana is AJ's right hand assisting her daily in the running of her team. Dana is responsible for working with the sellers from the time of the lisitng through the closing process. Dana oversees the marketing of the teams properties and communicating with our sellers. She is responsible for creating all the publications pertaining to the business. With over 4 years experience in the real estate field, and a lifelong resident of Naples, Dana is very knowledgeable in the industry. She is a big fan of football, cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Go Steelers! Dana is a mother to Kiya, who just turned 4 years old.  

CJ Henderson - Listing & Buyer Specialist 

CJ is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and has a wide variety of experience in the real estate business. CJ is AJ's left hand and oversees the team. She specializes in working with AJ"s clients in the home selling and buying process. She is the direct contact for the teams successful referral business. CJ's background includes training employees in the Casino business. Her background and experience makes her a vital asset to our Team. CJ is mother to 3 year old, Anthony and is orginally from Keester MN. 

Karen Hartline - Buyer Specialist 

Karen is originally from California and has lived in the Naples area for 22 years. She has been a successful business owner locally for the past 12 years. She is a perfectionist for customer service and strives for the highest quality of satisfaction available. 

Eric Crawford - Buyer Specialist.  

Eric joined the team this year as a buyer specilaist. Before that he worked as our customer service representative. Eric's youth and energy makes him the ideal agent to work with first time buyers to the experienced buyer. He specializes in the Golden Gate Estates area for single family homes and acreage. 

Laura Brown - Buyer Specialist 

Laura is originally from Arkansas coming to Florida back in 2002. She has an eye for detail and builds wonderful working relationships with her clients! Because of her keen ability to listen to her buyers needs, she is able to make a successful match between her clients and their dream home!
 

Dick Zalusky - Buyer Specialist 

Dick has been involved in real estate since 1980. He is our Foreclosure & HUD specialist. His is a retired High School Teacher and also spent over 40 years in active duty in the reserves for the NAVY. He has been a part time resident in Naples for the past 5 years. He is known for providing excellent service with attention to even the smallest detail.
 

Ron Heldebrant - Buyer Specialist 

Ron has been in the real estate field for the past couple of years, recently coming from Louisiana. Before Real Estate, he worked as an Information Technology Analyst for 31 years. It would be Ron’s pleasure to assist you with the most important investment you will ever make in paradise.

 

Susan Brawner - Rental Manager 

Susan is Kevin Fischer’s “right hand”. She assists him in the management of all vacation and year round rental properties. She communicates with our landlords and tenants. She is a mother to 3 Girls, Dana, Dawn & Darla and a grandmother of 3, Kiya Sue, Johnny & Kyleigh. She has also been a resident of Naples since 1980.
